in-between routine

I was reading all of my posts on this blog. Some are good (in fact, I think some of them are really good that I was surprised I wrote it!), some are meh!, some are just plain embarrassingly bad.

I've decided to delete some of my postings that I considered as "bad enough I'd rather die than reading those entries." And I noticed that it's been a while since the last time I wrote a really, really good piece. My favourites so far are:
Yeah, I know that four out of those six involve Tunisia, and it's been more than two years ago that I left the country.

Routine is boring! I miss seeing the world with a fresh perspective, preferably everyday. And I find blogs about daily routine is boring!! (Seriously, who would even care about you having a meeting with some random, average business people; or about you starting to learn a language by reiterating "I love you" in some foreign language; or some random meaningless quotations).

If you want to post your daily routine, it's fine by me. But just...include a perspective to it! Don't just say, "today I learned Japanese... Arigato!", and sign off. (Sorry, I'm emitting all my frustrations about some blogs!) And now I feel like I'm lacking in that...in perspective. I feel like my blog actually starting to be like those ones I don't want to read.

I guess I've been feeling uninspired in so many aspects I don't even know what to write lately. And people don't seem to blog (or read blogs) anymore. They chose to Facebook instead.

Perhaps I just need a FRICKEN' HOLIDAY! (Ironic, because this is my first day at work after a week-long eid holiday.)
